Turning a building into a home, or changing the number of homes it contains, is a material change of use. We assess the conversion you're planning and help you work with the existing building, rather than treating it as a completely new house.
Choose Design SAP + PEA for an assessment of the proposed conversion and a Predicted Energy Assessment. You can book this stage on its own if a PEA is what you need now. When the work is complete, As Built SAP provides the final assessment and EPC using the finished specification and supporting evidence.
