Your assessment, explained
Design SAP assesses your proposed home while there's still time to adjust the specification. We look at the building fabric and services together, helping you understand what needs to change for Part L compliance. A Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA) can also be provided if required.
As Built SAP uses the completed home's final specification and supporting evidence. This provides the final assessment, EPC and completion reports for building control. Choose the stage that matches where you are in the project.
